1. Return Policy

   Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
   Eligible Products: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original labels, instructions, and accessories. Returns are not supported for the following:
   The product has been used or is damaged.
   The product is not in its original packaging.
   Special offer items.

   Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
   The refund will be processed using your original payment method. If your payment was made by credit card, the arrival time may vary depending on the bank.

   Shipping fees in the original order are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to incorrect shipment or damaged goods.

6. Exchange Policy

   If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps in the return policy to return the item and specify the item you wish to exchange in your application. We will process your exchange request after confirming the return and will communicate with you regarding the process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

   The following items are not eligible for return: Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”.
